I have a passionate
    belief that all
 roads and life experiences
  inform you along
     your way. 


   without sounding cheeky
       yes  "yoga changed my life" i admit it.  

   it all stated by taking ownership of me
that was my first yoga lesson.

  change comes within, someone is not going to do this for you.

   you see, yoga reminded me of my own  goodness and  to reconnect me  .... that was  over 9 years ago.


  

9 +years later--
 many beautiful teachers later
....many trainings  later... 
many workshops/retreats and certifications  later  (e-ryt 300) .. the beat goes on..... its still yoga
and its endless possiblities

more questions that keep my life every interesting.

so yoga is living  interested 
and your life will be interesting 

  

 many SAY my unique self expression and inspirational style of teaching incorporates physical and mystical aspects of the practice of yoga.

    My  classes integrate a dynamic vinyasa flow linking movement and breath, chanting, mantra, mudra, alignment, meditation, visualization, intention to create an inner journey to healing and empowerment.
Whatever it takes we will get there... we are all on the road to enlightment .. not enheavyment...  = )

       
   My experience and certifications are with numerous respected master teachers here  in america.. 
I am very fortunate to have had time and space with all of them.   They continue to inspire and teach me   --   i am humble.. 

one of my teachers said...         
the road is not easy, dont quit  before the magic of yoga happens. you may find it in one teacher or hundreds, maybe that teacher is not even a yoga teacher
but  keep  good company (satsang) as we are teachers to each other. in this beautiful life.
